The focus of my campaign is our students and staff. As a long time resident, parent, and former teacher in the district, I understand the issues that face our community. I have been in public education for over two decades, teaching high school math and chemistry. My two daughters have been GPPSS students since kindergarten, attending Richard, Maire, and now Pierce. I was fortunate to have the privilege of teaching at Grosse Pointe North for three years. I feel compelled to take action for the future of our district and for my two daughters. We must learn from the mistakes of the past and move forward together for the benefit of all students, families, and community members.
